“Vikram has been really helpful with the check-in Process and everything needed at the Hotel.
The Hotel although old still has its charm and beauty intact although a little maintenance would really help. When we arrived we had to ask for additional cleaning of the room and change of towels we were in jr executive room one of the expensive ones we expect the price to match the room condition but other than than services were perfect and people very helpful. Food was also great. We hope the management looks into our feedback. Cheers”
