Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Off Season:

  • A minimum of 72 hours of prior notice before the check-in date is mandatory for cancellation without charges.
  • Less than 72 hours of notice before the check-in date will result in no refund on cancellation.

Peak Season:

  • A minimum of 7 days prior notice before the check-in date is mandatory for any date changes without charges.
  • Less than 7 day’s notice before the check-in date will result in no refund on cancellation.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations team via phone or email. Make sure to provide your booking details for a prompt and hassle-free cancellation process.

No-Show Policy:

  • In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

  • In 7 business working days after cancellation, the refund will be processed.
