“Used to be a frequent visitor but had booked villa this time not properly maintained and there were a lot of issues, water leakage, had exclusively paid a big Amount for two villas but the condition is horrible and one of the villas had rats inside it.”

Stayed at Ravine Hotel last week and it was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had. The property is beautiful with lovely garden bloomed and well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. The staff is well-trained and attentive. Imran deserves a special mention for his outstanding service. He handled every request with a smile, was always polite, and showed real dedication to guest comfort. Small things like remembering our breakfast preference and quick room follow-ups made a big difference. Ravine Hotel, you’ve got a gem in Imran! Highly recommended!”
