“Negatives- The sheets are very old and rough. Sheets have lints and stains on them. The pool is extremely dirty and it is hidden in one corner of the property where you do not feel like staying more than 2 mins.

Positives- the rooms are big and the property is huge. It is an amazing property. There are 5+ tennis courts, pickleball court, amazing sunset views, spa and salon. All these facilities come at extra cost. The location is perfect. 1.1 km from the main market. The valley view and side valley view rooms have the perfect sunset view from balcony”

The view from the hotel is absolutely mind-blowing, offering a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The game room is another highlight, packed with a wide variety of options that kept us entertained and added a fun element to our visit.

To top it all off, the food was incredibly tasty with great quality and flavor. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the excellent staff, beautiful ambiance, and enjoyable amenities. Highly recommended!”

“Superstart Hotel in Panchagani. This is the 7th time we visited. Mind blowing view of mountain and back water of Dam right from the room balcony. Food was super delicious as always. Service very prompt and smiling reception. Restaurant was awesome with excellent view and smiling staff especially our beloved Manager from Bangalore..he is such a gentleman and take care of guests extremely well.Gardens are just heaven, no need to go our , so refreshing. I loved visiting this hotel as always.”

“Had stayed for 2nights and 2 days in room no 126 ......as we entered I always hv a look at the wash room. It was triangle in shape and only one water outlet no exhaust fan no divider between shower and the ttoilet seat the water just flows towards u whn u stand at the basin . It had all dirt acumalated on the water out let..... Very dirty and in the room the bed actually shskes if u hv to turn in ur sleep very bad experience”
