“Ravine Hotel,Panchgani is a place that is very close to my heart. My family and I have been visiting this hotel since I was a kid, and every time we go to Mahabaleshwar, staying here is a must for us.

The location is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking valley views, peaceful surroundings, and fresh mountain air. The property is very well maintained and perfect for relaxing away from the busy city life. The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff is always warm and welcoming.

What I love the most is the calm atmosphere and the amazing viewpoints around the hotel. Watching the sunrise or sunset from there is truly unforgettable. It holds so many childhood memories for me and my family.

If you are visiting Mahabaleshwar and want a peaceful stay with stunning views, Ravine Hotel is definitely a place I would highly recommend.”

“Dear Team l,

I would like to bring to your attention the need to improve the canteen services. Most of the staff appear to be lazy and not proactive in serving customers, which is affecting the overall experience.
I am very disappointed with the current level of service, especially considering the prices are comparable to those of other hotels that provide much better service.
Kindly look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the service quality.
