“We booked this stay for a quick rest while travelling, and the location turned out to be really good. They also have an AC slow charger for four-wheelers, which was a great convenience.

We booked through MMT, and our package included high tea. When we went to the restaurant, we clearly mentioned that we were there for the high tea included in our booking. The waiter offered us snacks like a sandwich, chai and aloo paratha. Since we were heading out to explore, we had the snacks and left. Later, the waiter came to us asking for payment and said that the included high tea only had corn bhaji and chai, although that was never communicated to us while discussing the menu.

What was more frustrating was that he kept insisting that we pay, even after we explained the situation. I eventually had to call MMT to get it resolved, after which the charges were waived and the hotel acknowledged that the mistake was from their end. Honestly, this could have been handled much better.

Apart from this experience, the amenities are very well maintained. The weather and climate here can change within seconds, and the views are absolutely worth paying a little extra for.

The breakfast spread could definitely be better, especially the chai. Being in Maharashtra, and at a property like this, I honestly expected much better tea! Overall, a beautiful property with a great location and views, but there is definitely some scope for improvement in the dining experience and communication.”

“Had a great stay! The food was delicious, less spicy, had plenty of options, and customization was available. Breakfast had many tasty choices, including natural fruit juices. The room was very clean, the TV had many channels, and the service was splendid. Our valley-side room had an amazing view. The reception staff were very helpful, especially Vikram.
