“Excellent stay as always... Have been loyal to this place every time we visit Panchgani. Beautiful views, clean rooms, helpful staff and wonderful food.. All in all, comfort and luxury all under one roof.... The hotel manager - Imran was helpful throughout the stay from our booking to our check out. Restaurant captain Karthik has been here for a while and is an excellent host. The hotel looks after all needs of guests and has a very prominent location. With it's proximity to the main market and key tourist areas, the hotel has been my go-to hotel every time I am here”

“Location- located 20 kms away from mahabaleshwar. Next to Sidney point. This is best location.
Atmosphere- Hotel maintenance is very good. Everything is neat and clean.you get to see amazing view from the room.
Rooms- we took valley view room which is amazing. Wish they provided fridge and iron box. Very calm n peaceful place.
Value for money- we paid 20k for 2 days for valley view room.Room is not very spacious but we were able to manage for two days. Wish rooms are more spacious for the prices we are paying.
Food- Breakfast served is amazingly good. But when we ordered into the room for lunch/ dinner any type of rice item the quantity provided is very little.
Hospitality- staff at resturant are good , warm and welcoming.
We have travelled by car all the way from hyderabad to Panchgani for 10 hours. We reached there by 8.30 AM but our check in is at 1:00 PM which may look fair for people coming from maharastra but for us we really lacked sleep so we were expecting them to provide atleast by 11:00 AM as checkout time is 10:00 AM. They offered us another room for 2 hours at half the price of full room which is costing around 4.5k just for 2-3 hours. I didnot like this part of stay. I wish hotel managment is bit more understanding towards people coming from another state.
Rest all are good..
I would suggest this place for everyone but just look out on certain things which are mentioned in the review”
