“There is a person working Noman on the reception down with a lot of attitude n has no sense of manners to talk also he tells the guest no hotel serves 24 hrs food in entire mahabaleshwsr n Panchgani.
Also he has the adaucity to spk to a female guest in such a way. Bad staff rude behaviour children left hungry they say our kitchen is closed.
Bad linens got allergy,dusty bedsheets floors ,smelly housekeeping staff,not worth the price. If u want to spoil ur holiday then u shlr stay here: no one shld

“Everything was fine except items provided for Breakfast giving excuses of availability of gas cylinders. Egg item was cold Boiled egg. There are many other sources like Induction that can be used.”

“Service response could be better, had to request for certain things multiple times before we got them. The East side non-view rooms are well done up and spacious but the bathroom exhaust is almost non existent. Our 2nd day stay in the GF duplex was better, beautiful room and view, lots of space. Overall, good stay, though there's room for improvement in service standards and efficiency.”

“What a lovely property! The best part is the view from the balcony of the room of valley plus rooms. Staff is polite warm and humble. They have a professional lawn tennis court, a swimming pool,basketball court, play area for small children. And a special deck area for watching the beautiful sunset. The whole property is full of small nooks and corners where you can enjoy the breeze and relax. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back. Thank you Ravine for giving us beautiful memories”

“one always know what to expect from Ravine Resort and hence there was complete satisfaction. The maintenance of the gardens and flowers in the peak of summer is amazing. Rooms immaculate as ever with courteous service was a part of the deal. The restaurant also had a very good vegetarian fare. Breakfast was great as usual with the tandoori chai being their speciality.”
