“It's an average hotel and is hyped unnecessarily. The location is good, just below Sydney Point, provides good view. Room service is below average. Housekeeping need lots of improvement. Basic necessities like bottled mineral water, at least one bottle a day is not provided. I was told, they give one bottle when you check in. Though a minor issue, they should look into it & for the price they charge for the package, they can always include a bootle of water a day. Restaurant is not kept clean. The cutleries & plates are not clean too. Quantity of food is good, quality is average. Overall all it was an ok experience.”

“Poor rooms, you get better rooms in ordinary hotels. No tea kettle, no fridge, no place in the closet for hangers, no shower curtains, broken showers....the list continues.
