“First things first, the staff is not the most helpful. They will throw around rules that are meaningless and baseless. If you pressure them on it, they will just back off and oblige. A few examples - no smoking in the rooms, main course is not served in the room(only starters), 30 rupees for every game of pool(HA! the rest of the games are free!!?). The wifi is free but doesn't work in the rooms. The food is mediocre, the mocktails are really good but the breakfast is terrible. Don't let anyone tell you the view is great coz there are hotels with far better views in Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar.”
