“I just loved this place. My husband booked valleyplus room for our first anniversary on 3dec 2015. And it was worth it. Vast area. Excellent gardening. Neat clean rooms. Nice interiors. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. Will like to come again n recommend to others.”

“Visited in third week of nov ‘15 that’s the week after diwali.
Location wise Ravine is apparently the first starred hotel property in panchgani , next to Sydney point.
Found the hotel to be well maintained property with a meandering landscape at different levels having a
Kidzone, two tennis courts, spa , salon ,retail store selling knickknacks etc , gardens , mindblowing observation point, half functional game room & almost non existent gym, mini pool – enough to keep you busy one full day.
A fantastic magic show was organized by the hotel . At the end of the show expect the smooth talking magician to skillfully prompt you to give him minimum 200 upto 1000 bucks as gratuity! As he said ‘aap kay dil say deejeeay’.
Ample parking was available &
Check in was smooth what with similing shivangi & Moin at the front desk.
The valley Plus rooms are priced on the higher side but then breath taking view of the valley will make you forget that.
Room size is decent with super aircon and a very very comfortable Bed. Bathroom is small & neat with running cold & hot water though the water pressure was miserably low & also didn’t notice any exhaust in the bathroom.
Linen / towels / toiletries were perfect.
It was disappointing with the kinda room charges there is no coffee maker . They have an electronic safe but nobody to guide you how to operate unless you ask.
The in house restaurant with beautiful valley view serves just about average food which is decently priced with excellent service . the buffet breakfast which is included in the pacakage is the saving grace except that The manager was unable to give satisfactory reply when asked the reason for missing fresh strawberry in the menu when other fruits were present.
I was glad this hotel is non alcohol &non smoking zone.
On a crowded day expect waiting time .
Will surely visit again notwithstanding lill anomalies which I hope will be taken care of.”

“It's an average hotel and is hyped unnecessarily. The location is good, just below Sydney Point, provides good view. Room service is below average. Housekeeping need lots of improvement. Basic necessities like bottled mineral water, at least one bottle a day is not provided. I was told, they give one bottle when you check in. Though a minor issue, they should look into it & for the price they charge for the package, they can always include a bootle of water a day. Restaurant is not kept clean. The cutleries & plates are not clean too. Quantity of food is good, quality is average. Overall all it was an ok experience.”
