“Its an okayish place considering the cost you pay. Always prefer the rooms with view coz when they say 'non-view' rooms, they mean it. 'Non-view' rooms are terribly stuffy.

For rooms with view, the views are really good.

The executive rooms were good. They have a private garden outside the room. But, costed around 15k per night .. in October.. for that price you might as well book in some 5* property.

Chalets that they are offering are really nice though. Good for two people. Rooms are really small. But, every chalet has its own private waterfall / lake.

Restaurant is good. Not very pricey at all. Around 1500 for 4 people. And very good ambience. Valley view from the restaurant is good.

Property is very well located. U can walk to Sydney point. All other places are within 10 - 30 min. Parking is available.

All in all - it's a decent hotel for the price.”

“Stayed from 25th October c/in to 28th c/out #206 (overlooking the hills, valleys and lake)

This place is not a hotel its a huge palace, its just an amazing resort. Trust me I have just been out for sightseeing for 1 day rest all days I have spent my time in the hotel. They have such amazing rooms tents and their emperors tent is something one would dream off. (Definitely coming back for it)
They stay has been clear 4 out of 5.

In order to give a feedback some flaws are:

*The hotel is not maintained properly, if it was trust me this would be a 7 star hotel.
*Breakfast spread is very ordinary.
*You have 4 lawn tennis courts , basket ball nets, games zone etc but no on to take care of it. Like ssly i felt bad looking at how thingd were deteriorating. Also when i asked the reception for a basket ball he gave me a less inflated ball saying we have to go to the market to fill it! Ssly ? Cant u buy a 100rs pump?
*rooms are nice but there is no cleaning
*the hotel is organizing tedx but during season time no cultural events for the hotel guests.
*spa and salon is amazing but rhe hair stylist are not trained and you chare a bomb for a hair cut.
*for continuously 2 days we had to call someone for hot water.
*everyday our rooms were made but the amenities were never placed
*the hotel needs proffesional staff and proffessionals to run the business

The above are purely points for the hotel to improve because I am in love with the hotel.

Thinking about a hotel to stay! Come here with closed eyes and you shall enjoy!
