“This is the one place i prefer during my visit to panchgani, due to its amazing location, view and ambience. However during my recent visit last year was quite disappointed the way they have kept their bathroom. . The bathroom was not clean at all the curtain separating the washroom and shower were stained to the core. It seems the brand name making them things to take lightly and expecting the customers to live with it. Was really disappointed a well know hotel like ravine would lack hygiene factor.”
