“Location of hotel is perfect, amazing view of valley from valley side rooms. It is on main Street and can be easily located. Ample parking space is available for cars. We stayed at Valley plus room,
It was clean and spacious. Overall good hygiene maintained in the hotel. Restaurant in the hotel serves good food, most of the items are overpriced, but that is common throughout the Panchagani and Mahabaleshwar area. Taste was good for regular items, but if you want to try something different, you may get disappointed. Service was bit slow but staff was very polite. Hotel has greenery all over the place, pots with variety of flowers and have multiple water fountains. It has small swimming pool and playground with slides and swings. Over all it was good experience. They can improve the experience by providing personalized service for all the guests.”
