“Pros:
​The Room: Stayed in the Executive Suite for 4 nights. It was spacious, pleasantly furnished, and clean.
​The View: The uninterrupted views of the Panchgani Hills from the large balcony were absolutely mesmerizing and the highlight of the stay.

​Cons:
​Service: The reception staff were unfortunately rude, arrogant, and highly unwelcoming. There was no complementary welcome drink. My room access was blocked at 09am on check-out day without any reason, without any regret from hotel staff. Hotel is using AI agent to send WhatsApp messages that was nothiing but automated tool or misleading and fooling the hotel quests. It really impacted the hospitality experience.
​Dining: The breakfast menu in the restaurant does not serve eggs (like omelets or fried eggs), which was disappointing.
Location & Safety: While it is a 20-minute walk to the Panchgani Market, walking there is unsafe. The road is narrow and completely misses a footpath/sidewalk, making it dangerous for pedestrians.

​Verdict: Great property and views, but the management desperately needs to train their front-desk team and review their breakfast options. If you stay here, plan to take a cab or drive into town rather than walking.”

“A beautiful property located in the heart of Panchgani! I stayed here for 2 days for a staycation, and there was never a dull moment. Picturesque locations and property.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to unwind and spend quality time with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Highly recommended—10/10!”
