“The website of Ravines hotel is misleading.
A staycation with the family, meant for unwinding, turned into a tasteless experience of gloom.

For one, the lighting in the rooms makes it a sickly place to stay. The bathrooms are very basic, bathtub or no bathtub, dated from the last century.

The staff at the reception is cold, We fell ill, and they instructed us to go down a kilometer to help ourselves to a bunch of bananas.
The worse part is that the owner who’s present there is downright rude and arrogant. Service by the housekeeping is prompt though. Service at the breakfast is reluctant. The breakfast itself is suspicious looking.

The smell from the balcony is nauseating.

Only the view is breathtakingly lovely!”

“I stayed in Ravine for 5 days with my family in June end. Monsoon had just begun. Honestly, the location of Hotel Ravine is unreal. It sits right on the edge of the valley, so you get these massive, sweeping views of the green hills. Visiting during the rainy season was something else—watching the fog and clouds roll right over the property was just beautiful. If you want a place where you can just sit back and stare at nature, this is it. Food dining service was very slow and there’s room for improvement there. Must try mutton Turkish kabab.”

“This is my 4th visit to Ravine and i must say i am not tired of visiting this property again and again. 5 days of peace and relaxation made my mind fresh before starting my routine again. Property has a beautiful view over all and even from balcony.
Food wr melting pot was good. Loved turkish kebabs. It was my everyday order for lunch and dinner
Overall service was good.
Breakfast had variety everyday
Mr imran was helpful right from the beginning and very well considered my request for topfloor valley side room.
Mr deepak at melting pot restaurant provided prompt service.”
