“Stayed here during 1st week of june when monsoon Just begins. This is probably the last week of "on season" period. This hotel has different rates for "on" and "off" season and we were charged the on season rates. I paid Rs 25700 for 5 people inclusive of buffet breakfast that meant booking two rooms for two nights with one extra bed.
After paying a good amount of money I had high expectations from the hotel.

Summary:
A highly recommended place to have a comfortable and lavish stay at a slight premium.

Staff:
The staff here is professional and courteous. The lady at reception explained the facilities patiently, handed over a map of Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani and our free limited WiFi coupons.

Rooms:
We went for the "east side" rooms which had a view of the parking/main road.
The rooms are superb in terms of space, cleanliness, amenities etc. The wall decor gives a stone wall like feeling which I quite liked.
There are valley rooms also available which have the same room interior but with a valley view. At the time of booking the person honestly mentioned that the valley view in a valley view room is not 100% guaranteed as the rooms are allocated at the time of arrival and the room I get then may not have a perfect valley view. I appreciated this honesty and booked the east side room instead. Saved me some money too :)

Food:
Breakfast was included in my package and it was sumptuous. All items were freshly made and were perfect.
Lunch/Dinner were alacarte and were to be paid for separately. Each and every dish we ordered be it indian, Chinese was good both in taste and quality. Full marks on this front

InHouse recreation:
We tried the game room. It had 2 pool tables, a table tennis table, a foozball table and carrom and an airhockey table which unfortunately was out of order.
I think the game room needs to be maintained better than that.”

“I love this place...it's very scenic... quite expensive during season time... best to go during off season...u ll save a lot of money....their Breakfast buffet is super delicious n a nice spread....I didn't enjoy their meals (except Breakfast)...Rice quality is pathetic (I felt as if I'm eating Plastic rice-they must change the rice quality high time)...They have a games room which is good but it definitely needs some ventilation...I was feeling suffocated as it's in the basement...after paying such high room rates they should have atleast had the courtesy to give us a Car wash a day (complimentary)...this is disappointing...Rest no complaints...Staff is courteous...Their owner was always on a check keeping an eye on what's happening around which is commendable...Over enjoyable... loved my stay ????”

“Bad customer service. The cleaning staff was having a kitty party of their own in the middle of the afternoon and disturbing us. The swimming pool is so small that it's like a kid s pool. WiFi doesn't work. The amenities of games like carrom and table tennis and pool are badly maintained and in an underground place with no ventilation and so u cannot b there for more than 20 min. So even though the resort was full there was nobody playing and you realise y. Rooms require renovation as the spring bed is extremely inconvenient. The only good part of the hotel was the view from the balcony. It was breath taking. Food was average. All in all would never come back here.”
