“Being someone who has travelled across the cities and countries & have added more than 500 reviews. I wish to give 5 Star but I have some of my feedback :-

1) Property - arguably the finest property with all the required immunities. I truly feel there are certain areas of improvement in terms of the wone out of the furniture lighting in the room (looks very outdated). Bathrooms I really outdated too.
2) Staff - across the reception to roomservice staff & to the restaurant staff all looks very basic. Although they deliver your requirements but the dressing sense can could be improved basic, SOP need to be followed.
4) F&B - this is one area I have no feedbacks about the food is really nice and tastes well. Although I have seen the pastries which are displayed at the restaurant are used for 3 days before they put another set of pastries. This is an this is something quite alarming to me and should be rectified.
5) Other Services - other services like gym, spa centres, kids play area etc. Are fine and well maintained.

Overall I stayed here for 3 days and I had a great time experiencing nature very closely. Some of them attractions of this of the area which is Sydney point is so close to the hotel that you really don't have to go anywhere.
I really feel the management should take a call in renovating the whole things and make it more contemporary design, precisely speaking the room lightings the decoration etc.”
