“Property Location is awesome , Rooms are very wel designed .
We booked ground floor premium room for four persons and really liked it most.
Aniket is the person who really helped right from the booking , he took care for our arrival and asked for dinner if needed will be cooked and served ( we were very late for check- in)

“Stayed at Ravine Hotel and had a good overall experience. The hotel is located close to the forest toll road, and Sydney Point. The property is a bit dated in terms of interiors, but it is clean and well maintained and some electronic appliance don't function. Walls ain't sound-proof.

Service was somewhat slow, possibly due to understaffing. However, considering the tariff was under ₹6,000 per room per night, the overall value for money was quite good.

The breakfast buffet had limited vegetarian options, and Jain food needs to be customized, so it's best to inform the staff in advance.

The Serenity Spa and salon offer reasonably priced packages, and the spa experience was excellent. The gym was surprisingly well equipped with more than 15 machines. The hotel has separate swimming pools for adults and children, along with three courts for tennis and football.

The highlight of the stay was the beautiful sunset view from the hotel, which made the experience memorable.

Overall, a good option for a comfortable stay in Panchgani.”
