“First of all we were given a road side room- which had partial valley view (as we booked), but it had lack of privacy- glass window near the bathroom was not covered by curtains plus lot of noise from the roads- didn’t get the peace we were looking for while coming to panchgani. When asked to switch rooms they said they don’t have anything else available. We were okay with that but then on our 3rd night of stay, they had a valley + room available (one category above vs what we booked) but they said we will charge 1700 for it. I was like we booked 3N stay, you gave a bad room, and if you had to compensate you could just give a complimentary upgrade but answer was ‘no’.

This hotel looks or claims to be a 4 star but the staff, hospitality , courtesy is all 2 or 3 star.

We used to be a loyalist of this hotel but I would say skip it, go for something better in Mahabaleshwar.”

“Great and really lavish property within a budget. The rates they have really impressive you will not feels too much.
And the view and reall well maintained property. Whoever design the gardening. Hatsoff to him and specially maintenance is also great.
You will have everything here honly. From professional level tenis court tt badminton Gym pool. Gys is really so big and well equipped with soo many machines. And actually all form of workout equipments are available. And swiming pool soo nice like you will feel actually a pot near mountain. Main course i is decent. But yes Breakfast is so delicious and many varieties.
So yes it's 9/10. ????❤️????”

“A class apart location, and a property really well designed. This hotel is worth exploring solely for its landscape architecture, amongst many other things that were just amazing.

If you are the peace loving kind, skip mahabaleshwar, and visit Ravine.
