“Good value-for-money hotel for those who want to say in Panchgani area. The service is good and the room was spacious, while a bit old but well maintained.
Tips: If Family try the 4 occupancy room, it's like a duplex, spacious and has good view to it.
That said, those travelling for business, with families and/or those more interested in local food/culture may want to consider another area may be.
Overall a good budget friendly place. ????????”

“UNHYGIENIC and DIRTY PLACE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. GO AND SEE THE ROOMS FIRST.

1. Room - This place is not clean at all. Room was smelling of dampness. The floor was not clean. Curtains were in horrible state. Our room door and window did not lock, and the wind made horrible sound at night. Thankfully the bed was clean.
2. Bathroom – Bathroom was decent and clean.
3. Food – Food was good. Reasonable and delicious.
4. Ambiance - Except for the valley view nothing else is up to the mark. The hotel really needs lot of cleaning. I would not suggest anyone with children to go at such place. The swimming pool is pathetic. There is water leakage everywhere. The entire place feels dirty and smells horrible.
5. Customer service was okay but the man at reception was not welcoming.
6. Also don’t know why but the reception smells of toilet. Dirty toilet. I could not wait at reception for long time.
7. I also checked the tent to see what they are offering. If you are with your family, please DO NOT got for tent. The tents are extremely unsafe and unhygienic.
8. This place needs a lot of maintenance and care. I would not recommend anyone to this place.
9. If you are only interested in view then surely this hotel will not disappoint you.”
