“We were disappointed with this hotel .. we expected more with cost we had paid for... rooms were spacious and clean.. restaurant service was very slow.. even when we ordered from room, food came very late.. ground level staff seem to be not well trained... hotel has got good view and is capitalising on same.. Tennis tournaments take place here so manor attention is on people related to them.. swimming pool was pathetic and not at all clean.. we enjoyed since we were in group of 5 families.. however, for the price being paid, one should explore more options..”

“Average hotel with almost no pool. Don't go by the pictures posted as most of it isn't available. If Willing to have food from restaurant make sure you have hours for it. There are just 2 people servicing all the guests. If you like tennis no other place as there are 4 courts to play”

“Ravine hotel is considered to be the best hotel in all over Panchgani. This hotel can truly be considered the most wanted get away ever. From the scenic beauty to the wonderful amenities, everything stands a class apart. If you are going to panchgani then i would suggest anyone to stay here in this hotel. I had an absolutely amazing experience.:D”
