“Ravine is one of the best stays in Panchgani. It offers a relaxing stay with beautiful valley view and with greenery all around.
The food at the in-house restaurant ‘the melting pot’ is delicious and affordable. We tried North Indian and Chinese both cuisine were amazing. The breakfast buffet was a feast in itself offering a wide spread.
All the amenities are well maintained and the staff was helpful.”

“I would like to share my concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel.

Firstly, I noticed a significant difference in room tariffs. The direct booking price was ₹7,497, whereas the online booking through your official website showed ₹9,086 for the same room and date. When I raised this with the manager and owner, the explanation was not satisfactory. I was only advised to book directly with the hotel next time, which does not address the issue of inconsistent pricing.

Secondly, the room hygiene was below expectations. The bedsheets appeared very old, though they were later replaced. The curtains were dangling from one side, and overall the room did not feel well‑maintained. For the price charged, basic hygiene and upkeep should be ensured.

I have been visiting your hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this time the experience was below average and not value for money. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both pricing transparency and room maintenance.”

“I’m a visitor in ravine from last 20 years , I visit twice every year everything here is above excellent very helpful staff good ambiance clean rooms tasty yummy meals u say and it’s on the table,Aniketh in the reception v helpful got me the room and Deepak in the reception v v good and helpful. Both ever smiling and ready to help I’m just back yesterday and feel bad while returning back”
