“The hotel is good. Location is awesome. Views are best. We took a double room with a single door entrance and inter connectivity as we have a child. The rooms are clean and well decorated. Attached balcony view was awesome, must say. It was lake plus mountain view.

“The location is breathtaking. However, the service quality has gone down since I first visited this place about 4 years ago. We had to make multiple calls to room service for the same issue. Breakfast was average. To top it off, last day of our check out there was a mouse running around on the buffet desk during breakfast.”
