“These guys carry a MASSIVE attitude & should take some serious lessons on hospitality & keep the place closed till they don't learn how to treat customers, otherwise they are bound to pull down the shutters for good if they don't. We've never had restaurants telling us or rather barking at us to take a table for 6 for a group of 9 and this after informing them on phone prior to coming if they take non-resident guests as diners in their in-house restaurant! We've never had the waiter bark at us that food will take at least half an hour to be served before we were even seated! We've never had a waiter shout at us that 'we levy GST!' These things need to be communicated beforehand is something that I agree with but there's a tone in which these things are too be told. You have to make the guest feel welcome & not act as if you are doing them a favour.

“Wow, what a hotel to put up during the rainy seasons and winter's, u will be lucky if u get the valley view room, better to book and enjoy the stay. Food is also good but the view from room towards valley is really awasum.”

“The location of the hotel is very good, it's right on the edge of the valley eight next to Sydney point. If weather supports the stay here will be awesome. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. Food however can be better, quality is decent but not much to choose from most of the time during our two day stay here. Price is very good for the stay, we got some discounts. It's recommended here at Panchgani area from where there are good places to visit.”
