“Okies so this hotel is comfortably located in panchgani two km away from the market space, almost at the entrance of panchgani.

I booked rooms online at almost rack rate as it was an extended weekend which was ok to me. The rate was as good as a four star and so was the star rating of the hotel.

The hotel has ample car parking available.
Rooms were decent in size. Decently maintained. However some spiders and flies were in the room and bathroom. The rooms had tea coffee maker , weighing scale electronic safe. Washroom had toiletries excluding comb, shaving kit, dental kit which has to be asked for.

The view from the valley room is excellent. Although we stayed in a non view room i.e parking view. The hotel has spa, salon, games room, four tennis court. The food served was also decent. ROOM SERVICE WAS SUPERB AND FAST.

DISAPPOINTMENTS.

1. certain games such as pool in games room was chargeable.
2. Room heater in a hotel at a hill station was not provided on demand and was chargeable if to be provided.
3. Spiders ewww! In room and bathroom.
4. No in room slippers as it is a four star it was expected.
5. Comb , shaving kit and dental kit was a basic requirements which not there had to be asked for.
6. In our room curtain was not covering the whole of the window may be as we had the corner room woh the longest windows.
7. They do not have liquid mosquito repelent. I stead the old goodnight tab

Wow factor.
1. ROOM SERVICE WAS SUPERB AND FAST.
2. You can get your car cleaned by the hotel.
3. Superb view.
4. Friendly staff
5. Decent breakfast spread.”
