A Happy Visitor

“I Stayed at this property between 11-13 feb'21 with my parents. It was immensely special to me as we traveled 1st time in this pandemic. Ravine was just the place my parents needed to rejuvenate. We stayed at Valley plus room, the view is breath-taking. what makes you happy is the helpful and polite staff throughout the hotel. The restaurant food and services are mind blowing. I URGE TO TRY ATLEAST 1 meal there. Mr. KARTIK served us during our stay and he was the most generous man I could meet there. He took extreme care of my dad’s meal who suddenly was unwell. He specially customized and served him curd rice that would soothe his stomach.
Food Quality: 10 on 10
Room: Good and spacious; Bathroom- only curtain to divide shower area with dry area.
Wifi: You will be little upset with the wifi connection so if u plan to wrk frm home there you will end up sitting at the reception area.
Overall a memorable and great experience!!

“The view from the restaurant and valley view room is breathtaking, the expansive lawns have innumerable plants - both leafy and flowering and you can spend hours enjoying their company. A walk down to the lower rungs of their property opens the horizon to breathtaking views.. they also have a sunset point within the property, which is a must see.
However, the food - lunch & dinner is avoidable. Buffet breakfast is included in the tariff and is edible... No great shakes, but bottomline is that it is edible. Service leaves a lot to be desired... Rooms have mosquitoes if the windows are left open - which they are while cleaning up etc.... So make sure the first thing you do after checking in, is close them.
Toiletries are very basic, soap is very harsh on the skin - carry your own handwash if you can.
Prices over hyped, but that's in most places in Panchgani.”
