“Extremely disappointed with the hidden charges and lack of transparency at Hotel Ravine, Panchgani. I booked a room online specifically selecting 'Couple + 11-year-old child'. My final booking confirmation explicitly stated 'Two adults + One children'.However, when we reached the hotel for check-in, the front desk claimed that the website system registered the child's age as 1 year. Because of this technical glitch on their end, they forced us to pay additional money for our child at the reception.This is completely unfair. If there was any issue with the age input or pricing on their website, the system should have flagged it or shown the correct amount at the time of booking. Demanding extra money after issuing a clear confirmation document ruined our arrival experience and feels highly unprofessional. Management needs to fix their booking system and stop penalizing guests for platform errors."”
