“We visited for 2 days, we booked 2 rooms for 2 families. The service was good, location is good too. But it's time for a major upgrade. The bathrooms are worn down and upright dirty, felt disgusting entering the toilet because there was no floor drain. I used to come to this hotel over 15 years ago and it was a top hotel then, but now a shadow of its older self. No fridge in rooms either. Mattresses feel a bit old. Only upside is it has good views, but the views don't justify the pricing.”

“I had booked a valley plus room and the lady there called me and told me that they have a corner room which has better balcony and more privacy. So I accepted that room. The room rather turned out to be a corner room near the main city road and the balcony had zero privacy as its right next to the road and also the hotel parking. Lady who suggested me the room is Ms. Parikh. Experience got spoilt because of her!
