“Its a over hyped hotel. Cleanliness is pathetic.
1.Room service came to make up the room and the smell in the room after cleaning was very bad. The blanket was smelling like a cleaning cloth, (because the cleaning person first cleaned the room with water and cloth and then made the bed immediately without cleaning hands) that is because the cleaning standards are not as per the industry standards of any good hotel. Unbelievable !!
2. Hotel is under renovation, due to which you will see colourless walls. If we are paying so much, we expect a fresh and CLEAN room. Rooms are very very small which we can ignore but then room condition should be good which was not the case.
Also, huge noise of construction of hotel . And if you stay at valley plus rooms you will hear lots of noise from the restaurant public.
We thought at one point to check out early from this hotel.

3. Toiletries are not provided. We need to ask for.

4. Very important- Inspite located at a hill station which is very cold, they DONT have ROOM HEATERS in any room. So you will not get that cozy experience while your stay in the hotel. And your sleeps will be terrible due to extreme cold.

5. The hospitality is not as per industry standards. I felt it quite local considering the cleanliness, hotel staff which should be trained for hospitality, food menu and quality.

6. Breakfast served is average, you will find options you won't eat. They make muffins and keep it for selling at the restaurant one day. And the left over stale muffins are served free for breakfast the next day. Not good !!

7. Dont book from any travel site because while upgrading the room, I found they charge more for upgrading the room if we have booked from other sites except their hotel website.

The overall experience was not upto the expectation and very bad.

Look for other options!!!”

“To put it bluntly, this place is simply not worth staying at. The level of stay and service was far below what one would expect from other written reviews.The food was far from satisfactory. View was decent. The lack of maintenance is evident everywhere you look. The rooms are poorly maintained and in dire need of attention. Save yourself from the disappointment by avoiding this hotel entirely.”
