“If you are expecting good service, please do not think of this hotel. Anything that you asked for, you will directly be said no. Unprofessional and unmannered staff, right from the reception to room service, very unmannered staff. They deny to make basic tea with milk and sugar, you have to argue for mins just to convince them to make tea with sugar. Only good thing is the view, but that's something that you can get in any hotel considering all hotels have valley view. They charge you bomb for room and food, but trust me it's not at all worthy. Bed mattresses are pathetic, fridge is smelly, toiletries literally smell like cheap products, nothing in the hotel is right not at all right. If possible please do explore other options except Ravine!”
