“Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Ratul Roy, and I and my family were your guest during 15-17 January 2022 and we stayed in your east facing corner room. It was a wonderful stay for us. Anyway, while checking out, we just couldn’t gather all of our belongings.
As a result, we found that one of our bags is missing. That bag consists of three new pairs of ladies shoes and two new pairs of kids socks. So, I immediately called your hotel reception, and the call receiver assured me that he had that bag in possession. I also informed that in your WhatsApp number.
It is a light-weight medium size plastic carry bag in green colour.
On 29th January 2022, I especially drove from Mumbai to Panchgani just to get back my belongings and on reaching your hotel I was stunned towards your denial on the same. How is this possible? Is it what we expect from a hotel like this? This is absolutely unprofessional.
Now, I understand that yours is a busy hotel, and you need to attend other priorities. But, if you somehow manage to find out my bag, please send it to your Mumbai (Borivali) office at your earliest, I would really appreciate it.

Property Location - 10/10
About 5-10 drive to panchgani market.

Hospitality - 10/10
Smooth check-in and check-out. Staff was polite and always helpful

Rooms Cleanliness - 8/10
Found a cockroach in the furniture, besides that everything was clean.

Property cleanliness and experience - 8/10
The property itself is a great place to be, huge lawns, many places you might wanna do a photoshoot. Only thing out of place is the presence of not 1 but 3 full size tennis courts.

Restaurant - 8/10
Great food, quantity is not the best, but the quality is top-notch. Chinese, Mughlai, Indian, we tried these cuisines and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Buffet breakfast - 10/10
Anyone who's been to Ravine, knows that the buffet breakfast is the highlight of anyone's trip. Tandoori chai is a welcome addition, had a great time.

Overall, I would recommend this place if you can manage to find a decently priced room.”

“Me and my wife stayed here in the peakest days of the year 30th dec 2021 to 2nd Jan 2022 total of 4 days.

We majorly stayed inside hotel since covid was spreading so we can review it quiet thoroughly and honestly.

The property is located in a very pristine and a beautiful location and its quiet huge we strolled around the property having helipad, 2 lawn tennis, play area, gardens and a viewing deck with hidden pools and two level of parkings.

The property was very well maintained, the owners have put a lot of efforts in keeping everyone on toes and keeping everything in a very good condition.

The reception desk lady was also very generous on offering us with free breakfast when we arrived early but since there was nothing left for us to eat we denied but to our surprise the pilot offered us freshly made dosas of our choice and served us very well. 1star here for both of them

We entered our room it was back side we requested for upgrade and ready to pay the difference but denied stating they are full(but we later got to know they did had 3 rooms available in front which was offered to other guests) rooms were small but very cosy.

The toiletries were provided but the basic toothbrush and rooms slippers were a phone call away. So all in all the rooms reception and the hotel were all very good and above our expectation.

The restaurant and their cooks are excellent the food served it very well cooked with exceptional flavours on our first day we usually order khichdi and aloo stir fried sabzi anywhere we go but the food quality was on another level we havent had such a nicely cooked , flavourful food for quiet a long time.

Our server Mr.Gaurav Wadkar was very humble and took good care of for our entire 4 days stay he humbly greets, suggest options, and served us very well its been almost 20days and i can still remeber his name itself proves how much grate his service was.

We couldn't bring our extended family this time because of unavailability but for sure for stay in Mahabaleshwar our go to Hotel is and will be Ravine Hotel. Thank you for having us and making our stay pleasing.”
