“The best thing about Hotel Ravine is it's location. The rooms which overlook the valley are fabulous with big balconies. Perfect place to have a good cup of tea or even your evening drinks.

I went there principally to play tennis. It has 4 courts which are beautifully located and overlook the valley. We went in blueberry season and were able to pluck them directly from the bushes.

There are some double rooms (duplex) which are handy for a family of four - kids can sleep upstairs.”

“The hotel was good. Overall the location and ambience was also good. Food Quality was great. But when we went for lunch, there was only one person doing all the things - taking order, serving the food, making the bill and everything, for all the tables. Also, few things to be checked before the room is allotted to the guests - the TV and the AC which were not working well in our case.”

“We took Valley View Plus room. Room is quite good. But room service is worst. Restaurant service is worst. Only one person is there for room service and for Restaurant. Not recommended at all. Please don't go for this property. Not worth at all.”

“Excellent experience...
Pros- 1. Location, Service, Balcony, Breakfast and the most important the view from the balcony...
2.No need to visit any of the view point if ur staying at ravine... Valley View is worth it every penny...
Best for staycation
Cons- 1.Outdated bathrooms and fittings
Room and furniture looks a bit outdated and old fashioned
2.game zone is difficult to access and use as u have to go to reception every time to access games like carrom and table tennis.

“I am surprised to see the response from the staff. I have been trying to book their cottage. First of all no response on the availability .They say it is on walk in basis. Are you expecting to pack our bags from Mumbai and get a surprise of not being available at the 11th hour! Over and above that the reservation staff keeps on saying pls call us later. I mean Seriously! Are they even trained to work in the hospitality industry?”
