Sa'ad Patanwala	“I am writing this while i am staying in this hotel hoping that they would rectify if it as all attempts on the phone to politely request have failed We have an infant with us and as usually it happens with other 3 star and above hotels they provide with a crib or a small baby cot which ravine doesn't have and when I asked them if instead a small matress could be provided they say it will be charged , this upsets me as hotel needs t keep basic amenities for an infant ready as disposal” 4 May, 2022 - Verified review
