“Not at all up to the mark. Unsupportive staff specifically the managers. Non cooperative! Had a book or mine but my room was given to some one else probably because they were giving some extra bucks. Don’t know how to maintain relation with an old customer I wouldn’t recommend it to any one there are many good options in panchgani than these so Pzz have a look at those hotels rather than this one also the hotel need a bit of restoration! Pzz be vry sure before booking this hotel.”

“Okayish place, though landscape is great to click nice pics(beware of the stray dogs which they call them as pets, you may find them roaming in garden & even reception area). It's not maintained well and food is not good at all. Breakfast spread was a disappointment.”
