“No proper service. Untrained staff which do not know even how to talk to guests. Unwelcoming attitude of the staff. The in room dining was sent after 1 hour. Even after multiple requests made through the night, water was given in the morning. The spring of mattress of the bed was hurting and we couldn't sleep. The extra bed had a huge gap. We booked for three days but checked out after 2 days of torture.”

“Stayed here with Family, the rooms are good. We had taken one room with a valley view and one normal room. The one with the valley view was really good, but unfortunately for us it was all misty. Rooms and bathrooms are good. The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet had quite a good number of varieties.”
