“At one time this was the best. The condition of this hotel had drastically deteriorated over the years - there is a serious need for an urgent upgrade and maintenance upgrade. Pros - the location is wonderful, you get a lovely view of the valley and situated just at the entrance to Panchgani.. cons - for the rate tarif that they charge which is comparable to any 5 star hotel in cities one would expect the luxury, service and quality offered by 5 start hotels - hotel is not maintained, requiring serious upgrade , very unprofessional staff, restaurant does not offer much of a menu , strict timing for restaurant, food portions served is not much for their rates. Understaff hotel. They expect you to pay full amount upfront for the number of days you plan to stay with absolutely no flexibility of an advance payment so be aware that if you decide to modify your plans you are at a loss. There are better and much more convenient hotels as an option.
There were dogs roaming around the property and I was shocked to see dogs in the hotel lobby!”

“Very bad rooms, and property is also very old.
Service was also very bad. We had 1 year baby with us and we asked for baby food at 11 they were like time is over we can't give. Then at the time of check inn we had reached Lil late so while having lunch it was like it's last order we won't even give single roti after that.
Many more issue we had, bathrooms were not in proper working condition, no hot water in one room, bathroom nobs were not working properly.
Staff at reception and room service was very rude.”

“The hotel is 3 star but not up to mark of the star rating.
1. Lights in the room are less. You feel dark in the room in evening.
2. Service is not proper and staff is rude.
3. Items get out of stock during the breakfast. We ordered for a dosa and it was not at all hot.
4. Poor conentivity of wifi.
5. Room service is not proper.”

“Not a Stay i would recommend.

1. Rooms are quite compact size compared to its prices paid in off season.

2. Room doors not maintained and neither sound proof. Even person walking outside you can hear it and break ur sleep.

3. Bathrooms are okay types, very small.

4. Very poor wifi connectivity

5. Breakfast most of item got over like simple bread went out of stock and staff doesn't bother to hear out.

If you are expecting great things from a 3 star Hotel, you will be disappointed.”
