“Overall experience is .good location also very nice. Staff is helpful and polite. Room is very nice.
Cons:
Ceiling hight of room is low around 8feet only. Bathroom shower presure is low and old.. and because of limited chair u have to wait for breakfast..and they closed the terrace part of restaurant area”

“We had high expectations with restaurant Ravine hotel panchgani but were very disappointed. The staff was very uncordial and was unwelcoming and in a hurry to go home at 10.30 . Food was pathetic and there was no one to attend to us . Not even water was served till our dinner ended. Next time a big No No to hotel Ravine. Bad hospitality/bad food/bad staff .”

“A Perfect Family Getaway!
We recently stayed at Hotel Ravine in Panchgani, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property is excellent—incredibly neat, well-maintained, and very clean throughout.
Traveling with my wife and our young daughter, finding a comfortable and welcoming environment is always our top priority, and this hotel absolutely delivered. The food was consistently delicious, and the overall service from the entire staff was top-notch.
I want to give a special shoutout and thanks to Sanket, who was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire stay. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay!”
