“Hotel has seen great days but nowadays devayani can be seen this huge property. Valley side rooms have great view, rooms are clean without any smell of dampness. Food is OK though not much of choice . Breakfast is limited with no live cooking counter. Slow check-in counter . On the whole good experience.”

“This is the worst hotel stay experience ever.
Very dirty rooms including kettle, cupboard ( Photos attached )
Also the lights were broken and bathroom was ordinary.
Celings were so dusty with spider web.
Not at all worth the money.
Will never recommend this hotel.”

“Very much disappointed with the rooms for the amount I paid.
I paid approx 7000 for the valley plus room and the room was very cheap. Specially the washrooms were so ordinary as they are in a cheap lodge. Swimming pool was dirty too.
Also the wifi was way too slow and there was power cut thrice a day.
Specially the reception staff including the reservation head has no curtesy and lacks understanding.They ignore your queries and do not cooperate.
This is the most disgusting customer service experience I have ever head.
Never go for it.”
