“Highly overrated. Staff has too much attitude. Rooms are tiny and not designed to lead to comfort. Even the commode is fitted so high from the ground that you feel like hanging in mid air while sitting on it and the toilet cover keeps falling on your back.
Too many mosquitos and they don't have an electric repellant. On repeated calls they came up with Kachhua chhap and even that did not have a stand it kept getting extinguished.
Food is OKish and not delicious.
Swimming pool was dirty and there is no one to clean it. No towels. Had to clean the pool myself to have my child play.
High on insta paid marketing ,very low on services. Better properties around at half the price.”

“Poor rooms and housekeeping.
They have to be told about basic services.
Rooms are stinking with toilet smell, cockroach running over table, which indicates poor room service.

Restaurant is also having poor service. With only two-there tables occupied, food is served with too much delay.
Waiters have poor sense of hospitality.”
