Pros- 1. Location, Service, Balcony, Breakfast and the most important the view from the balcony...
2.No need to visit any of the view point if ur staying at ravine... Valley View is worth it every penny...
Best for staycation
Cons- 1.Outdated bathrooms and fittings
Room and furniture looks a bit outdated and old fashioned
2.game zone is difficult to access and use as u have to go to reception every time to access games like carrom and table tennis.

“I am surprised to see the response from the staff. I have been trying to book their cottage. First of all no response on the availability .They say it is on walk in basis. Are you expecting to pack our bags from Mumbai and get a surprise of not being available at the 11th hour! Over and above that the reservation staff keeps on saying pls call us later. I mean Seriously! Are they even trained to work in the hospitality industry?”

“Ravine Hotel is located in Panchgani and I stayed there for 4 nights. I chose a valley side view room and the room was very luxurious, made of stone tiles and it has a large balcony with a breathtaking view of the valley. The lobby and the restaurant are also good. There are lot of activities such as tennis basketball kids' jungle gym spa and swimming pool.
My stay was really good and the best thing was the view from my room and the quality of the room.
I do have a few small complaints... The swimming pool was not clean and even after my request it was not cleaned well. The water was really muddy.
The taste of the food, the portion size and the pricing of the food was all good but there are limited choices in cuisine. They only serve north Indian, Chinese and pizza in main course and if you stay for 4 nights you will get bored of eating this food.
The hotel seemed short staffed and the quality of service was the staff was a little lower than expected. I have stayed at a couple of other resorts and usually the staff is more polite, courteous and welcoming.

Inspite of these small complaints my stay was really good and I would recommend other to definitely stay here once.

“The staff wasn't quite professional! Specifically the reception or the reservation team!
The room I stayed in had the lock issue, which was never resolved. We had to always call and wait for someone to come and open the door for us. The food, however, was good. Mr Karthik was an amazing host in the restaurant, and dishes suggested by him were absolutely amazing!”

“Hotal has very beautiful location., beautiul view from the rooms. Breakfast is basic.
But be carefull, their house keeping staff may steal your stuff from your vanity box. We stayed for 2 nights, 19th and 20th night in room number 215. When i came home, i found my expensive hair clutchers and face powder missing from my vanity box. Small things, but someone who can steal a small thing can steal anything.”
