“I must say this is one of the best stay at Panchagani, we booked JR executive room, it was awesome . The view from this room is so beautiful i can't explain until you stay. Hospitality and food was too good. Breakfast buffey was excellent. We had a awesome 2 day stay.”

“No proper service. Untrained staff which do not know even how to talk to guests. Unwelcoming attitude of the staff. The in room dining was sent after 1 hour. Even after multiple requests made through the night, water was given in the morning. The spring of mattress of the bed was hurting and we couldn't sleep. The extra bed had a huge gap. We booked for three days but checked out after 2 days of torture.”
