“Room & Infrastructure : We took Valley Plus room for 4N and as described by them it had a great view of the Mountains & river.
Room infrastructure needs major upgrade.
Fixtures are old/worn out, bed is squeaky, furniture is bulky and unnecessary occupying space. Side tables with sharp edges so have to be careful with kids.
Doors are worn out. Lift was out of service on day of arrival and once it was functional it took ages to go up besides taking ages to open and close doors.Also it remained faulty on most other days !!
Children park is good, tennis court is good too !!
Swimming pool is not maintained at all and could be visibly seen. Nobody dared enter pool as a result. Also there was work going on in property which was disturbing at times and they also had lend the property for shoot which added to the noise during the day

Food : Breakfast spread is good but lacks taste. Even tea and coffee were'nt upto the mark. Saving grace was tandoori chai but that too was not served everyday for reason best known to them. Service is very slow during breakfast only saving grace is manager Kartik who is able to understand requirements correctly others need training.

Housekeeping : They did a good job of room cleaning and their service was good.
But in the corridors during afternoons staff could be seen loudy chit chatting thereby disturbing guests. Again training needed on professional conduct.

Reception : The most unenthusiastic staff to deal with keeping a poker face at all times. Unwelcoming attitude again training needed on hospitality and general conduct.

Overall : One time visit especially during off season and off peak days else its definitely not worth the money !!
Please ask them/get it in written if they have ongoing renovation work or have lended the property for shoot during the days you plan to stay and if they say yes then better to avoid !!”

“Stayed with friends on 19th March 23 it was amazing experience with splendid view of the valley,clean room, courteous staff ,especially Shivani madam at the reception was very helpful and Sagar sir at the breakfast buffet . looking forward to visit again ”

“We had a wonderful stay for a weekend.
The manager and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Buffet layout lavish and food quality wonderful. The resort has spacious lawns and a pool. Nice place to spend time with family or friends.”
