“Checked into this place on 3rd April for 2 nights & paid 15k tarrif for 2 nights which included breakfast & high tea. The only good thing about this place was its location & the views from the deck. Other than that the service was pathetic. They gave us room no 221 which had a broken sliding (only single panel) glass partitioning the shower area. Too cramped up room. The room had a drainage issue causing overflow of the drainage water from the drainage lid. No hot water in the shower. after complaining at the reception a tub of hot water was sent in the room. restaurant was ill equipped with little staff inexperienced & untrained.
management must seriously take a note of this to ensure better service & give customers the worth & satisfaction for the price that they are paying.

“This is probably the 5th or 6th time that we are visiting and 2jd time that we are getting the same Jr. Executive room.
No hot water and dysfunctional Airconditioner kept is on our toes. The support staff is only wasting time and unable to resolve the issue. At the front desk - Imran tried to help us but also left his shift without giving any potential timeline or feedback on issue resolution.
Saving grace was the wonderful view and good food in the restaurant.
Breakfast was below average thanks to the LPG shortage - hence an unavoidable issue.
Rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade.... Getting old and feeling that way.”

“Love the property. Room was clean and good amenities were provided. They have plenty of outdoor and indoor games. Breakfast was also great. Value for money. Room service was also quick. Though the snacks in the evening were too salty and sub par. View was amazing and the flowers on the property are really beautiful.”
