“We are currently at this hotel. The room is in very poor condition. While enquiring, they had promised Valley plus room but allocated valley side view citing that if upgrade is required additional charges to be paid. The smell in the room is awful. The view is pathetic. Not at all happy with the stay. Very disappointing”

“Rude Staff at the reception and Money Minded Hotel….I had called the hotel for a booking. They said the dates are available and asked me to send a mail. When I sent a mail, they said that the rooms are full and nothing is available…I tried booking another hotel thru a travel agent. And he came up with the same hotel with same date and higher price. Again I called the hotel for the dates and they said it’s sold out….”
