“Our trip experienced were as follows:
1) Starting with the check in process, the receptionist were good but the staff was confused and found it difficult to find our room which was surprising.Also the lift got stuck when we entered with our Luggage.
2) The room was a bit Okeissh not like what we experienced before as we had stayed few years back.
3) The food quality is fantastic but the price of the water bottles were a bit high.Also there were few breakfast options.
4) The open deck near tennis court should have a proper light so that guest could chill there at night.
5) There is a very poor connectivity of wifi, it doesn't work there.
6) Request the resort to add a handwash bottle in washroom.
7) The waiter/staff Mr. Pandit was very helpful and kind I recommend the guest to ask him for any help required. Also the service should be quick.

Long story short:
The trip experience was average. It can be better.”
