“Day 1 wasn't good due to room 307 had no view tree was disturbing but as I told the reception their changed my room. And upgraded me to executive room where my day 3 I forgot all my comments due to the view of the room and view was awesome room 108 ..food was good moglai was awesome and chinese was ok ok ..need more food option ..I missed my chicken culb sandwich.
I will rate as per my

Food 4 star need more option
Room 4 star need change in toilet with hand wash not soap toilet seat very high jet spare right side
Balcony and location 5 star
Staff 5 star specially sarfaraz and yaseen
Children play like table football was broken table tennis bat broken snooker broken no ac in game room no staff to help .

Swimming pool not clean

Jacuzzi not was working

Kids garden area kids slide were dirty not cleaned .

But I forgot all due to the upgrade which I paid half price due to the owner ..thank you ..rest i am writing this comments so you can improve your small things which is to be maintained..

“Huge hotel and lots of amenities. Rooms are very clean though the bed is not that perfect but the view from your balcony is amazing. The staff at the reception is very polite specially the lady at the checkin counter.”

“We stayed in the valley side room. The rooms were great and the view from the room was just fabulous. The gardens and greenery around the resort is very well maintained.
The restaurant meals and breakfast buffet were really very good with plenty of options.
The game room needs some maintenance and swimming pool could have been cleaner.
Overall a wonderful stay.”

“Horrible experience.

1. First of all, its a 20 year old outdated property. Not at all maintained.
2. We booked 6 rooms for family with kids.
When we checked in, the rooms felt outdated.
3. On day 2, one of the ACs stopped working in room no 225, which was a larger room as we had paid for triple occupancy. The AC could not be repaired. We were asked to shift in a smaller room which we had to as there was no option
4. The swimming pool was not at all maintained and was dirty. On day 1, it was completely dirty and we were told that it will be cleaned. However on day 2 the situation was the same. We had 5 kids who wanted to go in the pool. Seemed like waste of our money.
5. The restaurant- on first day on lunch we were told that Chinese food was not available as chef was on leave. This is not what you expect when you go in a so called star property. You got to have backup.
The breakfast time was 8 am, but even at 8 am they were areanging things as breakfast was not ready.
6. The washrooms were very small. A medium built adult would hardly be able to stand.

The owners still seem to be living in their past glory. Its a 20 plus year old property which has not been maintained well and the owners /manager was completely unapologetic about it.
I strongly suggest those who are reading this, to skip this property. Im sure you will thank me later. Dont go by the pictures of bollywood stars on their”
