“If you are looking for a place to enjoy serene beauty, enjoy the calmness leaving aside the daily hustle, this hotel gives you that chance. I must say you can enjoy the view from the rooms balcony from dawn to dusk. This property is quite big and they have different accommodations available which you can choose as per your convenience. I am giving my review based on my stay in valley side view rooms which gives a side view of the valley but it still gives a panoramic view which you will not complain about. The room size is nice considering the attached balcony which is also big enough to sit properly for at least 4 people.
This place has 3 tennis courts(which is chargeable, mostly closed during monsoon), half basketball play area, gym, spa, kids play area and indoor games room as well.

Talking about the food, breakfast was really delicious and they have a wide variety to choose from, the perfect start of the day.
Other options are also good but a bit costly though taste wise they are ok and you can very well enjoy it if you don't want to go out for lunch or dinner.
A few of the complaints I have, one is about the size of the bathroom, though it was ok but feels old and small. Another thing is you get continuous sound inside rooms from the lobby which is disturbing if you are sleeping or working or whatever. And one last thing is about the frequent power cuts throughout the day as well as during night which are really annoying, though they have power backups but still it takes time to resume and this happened multiple times during my 2 nights stay here, not sure if this is a usual problem here or occurred just during that time but such things are not expected when you're spending a good amount for it.
But overall it a worthy place to stay and enjoy your vacations.”

“This is an amazing place with amazing view of the valley. Very good service also. One downside is the food is not great. It's good, but they can improve there. But overall It's an experience, I enjoyed a lot there. They have got a full scale gym, indoor games which I enjoyed playing. Easily the best place in Pachgani.”
