“Ravine resort is located at a beautiful valley in panchgani, however the better its location is the worse it is managed specially the restaurant and overall rooms. The breakfast buffet was not ready by 9 and then since there was less occupancy they started taking orders for the breakfast instead of a buffet spread, quite disappointing, and more disappointing was the time taken to prepare the ordered breakfast and it did not come at all and the staff did not looked bother for guests going to rooms without breakfast. In the night, the overall environment was appearing dullish and bit scary and the rooms are placed conjustedly. Would not recommend for families to visit.”
