“I stayed in suite rooms which were very comfortable and pleasant.. indeed our rooms stay experience was great.. for the price that I paid what we were upset about is the pool was non operational and was dirty not maintained after traveling from Mumbai over long weekend with family of 8 people where pool was major take away for my kids which was a Minus.. also they have started with playzone for kids which is chargeable for everything which we felt could have been free for atleast toddlers.. food was limited variety with LPG shortage and manpower deployed was less where we could see a lot of lack in coordination where we had to get do things on our own.. I chose this place over my last experience but this time it wasn’t a great one..
stay is good but they other things could be better managed.”

“We had a great stay for 2 nights at the Ravine. Valley and river view were magnificent with a wonderful breeze enjoyable while sitting in our balcony. Amenities are well maintained. Sunrise and sunset viewing patios are magnificent. Staff were very courteous and helpful especially the restaurant captain Mr Kartik.”
